A few years ago, I was a Product Owner for Ubeeqo, a car sharing app in Barcelona, Madrid and other cities in Europe.
I remember user activation being a problem at this time. That’s why I wanted to take a look at the onboarding experience of Ubeeqo and try to figure out what could we do.
